Refund Policy

African Centre for Data Science and Analytics Limited (AFRICDSA)

We value your commitment to learning and strive to ensure an exceptional experience for all students. However, as part of our policy, we maintain strict guidelines regarding refunds.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

• Course Cancellation by AFRICDSA: If AFRICDSA cancels a course before it begins, students are entitled to a full refund of the course fee.
• Duplicate Payment: In the event of duplicate payment, the excess amount will be refunded upon request.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances:

• If the student has enrolled in the course and begun accessing course materials, attending classes, or participating in any learning activities.
• If the student is unable to attend classes or sit for examinations due to personal reasons.

3. Deferment Option

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, students may request to defer their course enrollment to a later session. Deferment requests must be sent in writing to info@africdsa.com and are subject to approval.

4. Refund Process

• To request a refund (for eligible cases), email info@africdsa.com with the subject line “Refund Request”, including proof of payment and a detailed explanation.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited via the original payment method.

5. Exceptions and Final Decisions

AFRICDSA reserves the right to make the final decision regarding refunds on a case-by-case basis.
